Hey there! My Name is Fahad Khan and I am the founder of Upscale Marketing.

Our story 📕 starts in 2017 where I achieved my diploma to become a qualified Ophthalmic Optician from The College of Optometrists after passing my final exams in Manchester, England.

After a few years 📅 I ventured into locum work. However I noticed that many independent opticians were struggling to get patient bookings, whilst multiple chains were consistently achieving fully booked diaries. I talked with my sister, a Pharmacist, and her colleagues who noticed the same trend in her profession.

We realized that although the independent's were providing better and more personal care, the lack of adaptation to the digital age was eating away at their market share.

That's why Upscale Marketing was created.
